Notting Hill high end fashion boutique conversion and refurbishment

We took on the challenge to convert an old restaurant, kitchen and bar and transform it into an elegant fashion boutique with a unique character. This involved stripping everything out of the original building to create a blank canvas. We then followed the complex brief set by our American clients and architects who are based in New York and liaised with them extensively to achieve the look they wanted.

This involved laying new pink oak floors throughout, constructing new dressing rooms and a mezzanine with a bespoke curved powder coated steel staircase leading up to it, and creating a pink and white alternating cold cathode glass wall. Wealso installed a bespoke elliptical pink ceiling lighting feature and several large elliptical feature mirrors. New wall linings, shop lighting and electric swere fitted throughout and we installed a new TV and audio system and new and efficient air conditioning.

The project was highly acclaimed and was featured in an article in Japanese Vogue.
