'Nina's House' store conversion and refurbishment

We converted a former hardware store on the King’s Road into a unique, bespoke furniture shop.

After stripping-out the store and damp-proofing the basement, we upgraded the electrics, and installed a projector and ceiling speakers.

New floors and glass balustrades were installed, and decorative feature lighting fitted. The lower floor was re-boarded and skimmed, and both floors were decorated throughout.

We made and fitted faux oak beams from reclaimed oak, which we sawed into 250 x 25mm slabs and using our in-house craft skills, customised to look exactly like the real thing. We installed several of these throughout the premises and, along with the chunky reclaimed oak fireplace and exposed brickwork, helped to give the premises its warm and rustic ambience.

This beautiful and stylish high end furniture store was successfully delivered to a very tight timescale and budget.
